NFS campground near Ouray CO to Cortez CO
We continued down the Million Dollar Highway through Durango and a brief stop at Mesa Verda National Park. It seems you mostly needed to take guided tours to see the park so we just stamped our NP Passport books and got back on the road.
This was a cleaning day so we only drove about 75 miles down the road to Cortez Colorado and got a site at a KOA with full amenities. Our first shower in 4 days! Maybe it wasn’t just the Jeep that smelled 🙂 We got our laundry done, Jeep washed and vacuumed, everything inside was pulled out and repacked, we’re ready for the next half of our adventure.
